You can travel to Tanzania for a unique and very fun Marathon (or Half Marathon or 5k) in the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. After the race, enjoy an amazing 5-day wildlife safari (through the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park) followed by 3 nights in Nyamuswa Village for an up-close look at Project Zawadi’s educational programs  and participate in the Third Annual Chamriho 5k, a community fun run that raises funds locally to support school lunch.

During the village visit, you will tour a school to learn about the innovative ways that PZ is empowering local communities, teachers, and schools. There will also be a village tour to learn about the history and culture of the area.

The travel group will be hosted in country by Project Zawadi’s Executive Director and Founder, Brian Singer.

*Non-runners are more than welcome to join as well. These runs will be very interesting to watch and cheer for!

“Access 2 Tanzania provided a safari experience that exceeded expectations. Pre-safari preparations through communication with our consultant aided in creating a tailor-made experience for us. He answered our questions, assisted us with visas, and advised us about details of a safari adventure. This resulted in game drives that were spectacular, the additional activities that were very impressive, and safe and comfortable accommodations. The most important element in making our safari incredible, however, was our guide, Noel. He was very patient with all of our questions, knowledgeable about the animals and plants, open to explaining his culture, careful and respectful in his driving habits, friendly, and funny.”
