Itinerary planning was surprisingly easy because he listened to what we wanted, and his first draft was super close to our final draft. We loved hearing that folks who work for Access (Wilfred, Juma) really respect what the company is doing with the community through Project Zawadi and how they are treated as employees. All of the materials sent in advance (packing materials, itineraries, visa instructions, phone calls, videos) made us feel super prepared. Casey went above and beyond to cover a transfer in Zanzibar and recommend places to stay. Logistics on the ground were literally seamless.
