Visit Project Zawadi in Action!
Project Zawadi is on a mission to ensure that Tanzanian children and youth have access to a quality education. We would love for you to visit and see for yourself what we are doing by visiting a Model School in Nyamuswa Village, located between the Serengeti and Lake Victoria. During the school visit, you’ll meet teachers and students to learn firsthand how Project Zawadi’s efforts are improving education, whether it be:
- Construction projects (classrooms, teacher housing, desks, and toilets)
- Student clubs (like agriculture, girls’ empowerment, environmental, or sports & games), or
- School meals projects that are feeding hundreds of students every day.
Each visit is unique and you may also tour the local village, visit the Chief Makongoro residence and/or meet Project Zawadi Apprenticeship students where they work.
