Alex was extremely professional, personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and informative. We felt that he was sincere and truly wanted to ensure that we had a memorable and worry free experience. He was continuously listening for updates to see where the “action” was. He knew all the back roads in the parks to get us to where we needed to be. Additionally, he consistently made sure that our lodge check-ins were seamless.
