“Overall, we had a very good impression of A2T as a company. A2T had been undoubtedly very customer-oriented, which was evident from the very beginning of the tour, that is, booking. The extra mile A2T spent on calls to understand our requirements and then come up with the final itinerary was ver assuring. Later we almost had to backtrack from the trip due to Ebola concerns, and the extra time allowed for us to make the final decision was very helpful. Later on during the trip, we had a special situation which required overnight usage of electricity. Our guide, Mussa, and Stella from the Arusha office really reached out to resolve that issue by sending a charger from Arusha to Karatu. The solution was impressive (also unexpected), and it became just another good example of A2T’s emphasis on customer services. Our guide, Mussa, was great. We all liked him very much. I will talk more about him later (assuming there is another column to discuss).”

“My experience with A2T was excellent. Karen answered all out questions and during the final conference call gave me a very positive feeling about my upcoming adventure. All our lodgings and camps were excellent. Our guide, Alex, was fun, friendly and so knowledgeable about his country and also about the animals, birds and plants we encountered. The guide selected for our safari, David, couldn’t have been a better fit for our family. He saw to it that every day and every experience was enjoyed. The lodging was wonderful! Our choices proved to be right on target. The only exception was the last tent lodge whose food was just adequate. Also, the director was not as friendly as the other locations clearly were. However, the service staff was great. I would give Access 2 Tanzania a rating of “10” on a rating scale of 1 to 10.”

“Was a brilliantly organised trip. Casey gave good, honest advice and managed to fit everything into our itinerary. I felt well prepared before my trip and during. We had Fulgence as our guide and could not have had anyone better. He was so organised and so fun to be around. Given that our party consisted of 3 girls, he was very patient and joked around with us, which made our trip even better. Our cook ‘Big’ was great as well. A really good cook and was fun to be around too. We did not stop laughing for a week. The safari was amazing. Fulgence had eyes like a hawk – I have no idea how he spotted some of the animals he did. Overall we would recommend Access 2 Tanzania to anyone looking for a safari to Tanzania.”
