“We had a fabulous adventure. We saw so many animals in the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti. Our guide Willy helped us see so many things. His knowledge base for the areas and the animals was great. He anticipated animals coming into the area, mating and where we may see the animals. He used my camera to help focus in on the areas when we were struggling to see the animals (mostly in trees). The pre-trip emailed information, videos, etc. were helpful.”

She was able to answer every question we had and was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the trip. The itinerary of the safari was planned perfectly around everything that we wanted to see and do. In addition, I cannot say enough good things about our guide, Noel. Noel was also very knowledgeable of all of the wildlife and navigating the areas of the safari that we went on. He was also a pleasure to be around for the entire week and made us feel very comfortable with everything, including checking in with the lodges, the hot air balloon, and our flight out of the Serengeti. Noel made it a point to make us happy and satisfied with all aspects of the safari. “What an amazing family experience. From the moment Willy picked us up at the airport to the moment he dropped us off we felt right at home. It’s hard to put into words the experience because it was truly life changing. You’d expect that we would say seeing lions (and boy did Willy the lion whisperer know how to find lions!) was the highlight. Don’t get me wrong that was wild! But our connection with Willy and doing things like visiting an orphanage and going to his house for a typical African dinner were outstanding.
