Joachim was a perfect guide for us. He is very knowledgeable about the animals, plants, countryside, parks, people. He was a careful driver, kept us in the know about any plans or changes, great communicator. We had some great conversations about Tanzania, the US, Norway, cars, teenagers. He knew many of the other guides from A2T and other operators, and it was clear they respected his input on routes, directions, help in general. We liked seeing how much the guides help each other and Joachim definitely was a part of it. He asked if plans were good or we wanted to do anything different (we mostly stuck to the agenda).
