Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Fulgence knew what was happening, gave us options, made sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. He was able to answer all questions and share lots of information about the locations and animals. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend him as a guide for anyone that wants to have an unforgettable experience!
