Raymond is wonderful! He kept us informed; his instructions were brief, clear, and reasons for instructions were given. He answered every question in depth. We received a clear briefing each day. Raymond was always, happy, kind and caring. I felt very safe with him. He kept our vehicle clean and stocked with water. He made sure to take us to clean restroom facilities.
