Joachim was excellent! He was extremely helpful given my situation. He helped me get into and out of the truck, helped getting the scooter in and out of the truck, made sure I had close access to the bathrooms. More importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable of all parks that we visited, where to find the animals and the uncanny ability to know the animal’s behavior. He was very personable and a pleasure to be with during our entire safari. He, and Mike (from Access 2 Tanzania) made sure I was well taken care of. Mike purchased a shower chair for me which was very very helpful! We put it in our truck and used it at each lodge!
