Fulgence was amazing. He greeted us every morning with a bug smile on his face. He went out of his way to make us happy, and I think we all had a fantastic trip – in part because we had such a fantastic guide. He was fun to be around, always joked around with us and had a great sense of humour.
He was a great spotter – saw animals that we would have driven straight past. He had great knowledge and he has great enthusiasm for what he does. He seems to genuinely love what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. If I went on safari again, I would have no hesitation choosing Fulgence.
