Ray was fantastic. He really worked hard to ensure that we had a good time. He always spent time letting us know what the itinerary was for the next day so we had a clear picture of what was going to happen. Ray has a really great sense of humour and he connected well with our kids. His english is great too.

He also explored options that we were interested in but in the end did not include in our trip.
