Joachim is special. He knows wildlife. He knows the parks. He found ways to avoid crowds. He taught us some Swahili. He navigated the awful roads (we learned about poli poli). My partner is especially interested in birds. He found and taught us about the many species in Tanzania. He handled the few glitches that occurred with calm professionalism. But mostly he is a thoroughly decent man. It was a pleasure to spend two weeks with him.
“I really enjoyed the safari. My guide, Ray, was very informative and drew my attention to many sights that I might well have missed had it not been for his very good ‘eye’. The accommodation was just what I needed at the end of a very bumpy days travel along with the dust of a very African landscape.”
