Joachim is special. He knows wildlife. He knows the parks. He found ways to avoid crowds. He taught us some Swahili. He navigated the awful roads (we learned about poli poli). My partner is especially interested in birds. He found and taught us about the many species in Tanzania. He handled the few glitches that occurred with calm professionalism. But mostly he is a thoroughly decent man. It was a pleasure to spend two weeks with him.
“Fabulous! Everything went so smoothly from our first conversation with Karen through being taken to the airport the last night in Arusha. It was all effortless on our part and everyone, Karen, Maningo and all those in the background taking care of things made it absolutely wonderful.”
