Joachim was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He used his experience to know when better viewing opportunities were possible, which areas had the best chance at seeing certain animals and helped manage the time to ensure the best overall experience (I would’ve spent too much time with the giraffes and missed out on lion cubs if not for him!) Thanks to Joachim I was able to see the Big 5 and have cherished memories.
