A+++++++++ Joachim is simply wonderful at his job.
We spent 13 days with Joachim and we enjoyed every single day. He is a kind, funny, smart person who listened to us and shared the joy of discoveries with us. He is knowledgeable about the parks themselves as well as all of the wildlife in the area. We are still impressed by how well he knows these incredibly vast parks! He is a very safe driver. From the moment he picked us up, he took care of our every need. He made sure that the truck was clean and had every amenity. He remembered what wildlife we had seen and took us to see new things. He provided information about all things, and at a pace that we found very comfortable. We are people who are the ‘doers’ in our circles. After knowing Joachim just a few hours, we both relaxed and let him take the lead. He is so capable and reliable. It really made the trip wonderful for us. We didn’t worry about a thing – we just focused on discovering and having fun. We truly enjoyed our time with Joachim. We cannot imagine a better guide.
