We grew to appreciate Danny more and more as time progressed. He has a quirky sense of humor that we caught on to after a few days. He is an amazing driver- we felt like we were in good hands. He knew most all of the mammals we encountered, and most of the birds. He took us to lunch in Mugumu Village, at a little bar/restaurant that fed us the best (and most authentic) meal of the entire trip. No other tourists there – we loved that. He was a big advocate for our learning to speak some Swahili – we noticed that locals appreciated our efforts.

They are always available to help during the actual trip. It is also very important to us that they have started and run a children oriented charity called Project Zawadi. Having seen the operation in extreme western TZ shows how much work they have put into education and clean water, with many more improvements to come.”
