Review of Fulgence
I honestly don’t have any suggestions for how Fulgence could improve – he was awesome! We enjoyed every single minute of our safari! He had the perfect blend of knowledge, experience, humor and friendliness. Fulgence had an answer for every single one of our questions, and we asked a lot! Our teenage kids loved him too. We laughed and learned so much from him, including a lot of Swahili! We felt comfortable with Fulgence from day 1 and it was sad to say goodbye at the end of our safari. We would definitely request him again if we are ever lucky enough to return!
“Very professional, and knowledgeable. All the advices we were given were spot on and the only time we felt we may have done better is when we did not follow Karen’s recommendation. Also, despite the time differences between the UK and US, Karen tried to accommodate our requests in a timely manner every time.”
