Review of Raymond

Ray is an excellent guide, wanting to give us the Safari we want. Attentive to our interests from animals to birds to photography. Observant when we wanted to linger for more photos. He also had the right mix of birds for us. We wanted to see birds as a secondary objective and Ray sensed that we were not ornithologists and didn’t need every bird identified but just some of the larger or more colorful ones.

On my birthday Ray talked with the cook at camp and arranged for birthday cake to be the dessert of the evening. The staff as they usually do began dancing and singing throughout the dining area carrying a cake. They came to our table and sang “happy birthday.” That’s going out of his way for guests. A most memorable birthday for sure.

“I traveled as part of the donor trip. This was my second trip with Access. Myself and my daughter were well informed in the planning stages in regards to packing, medical info, and the itinerary. The logistics in country worked quite smoothly. It was extra special to meet Brian Singer. His vision and passion for the people of Tanzania has an amazing mix of idealism and practicality.
I appreciated to mix of accommodations; lodges, tented camps, and a village home. A2T did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone traveling to Tanzania and/or Rwanda.”
