Fulgence was FANTASTIC! He was funny, knowledgable and never tired of answering our questions. He diligently worked on getting us to see the best animal sightings.

We had a bit of bad weather towards the end of our trip, but Casey was able to change our plans at the last minute to fly us early to another park where the weather was better and it was fantastic!
