Elly had excellent English fluency – spoke in a way that we could easily understand even with his accent. He was so good with names of animals and birds. Our impression was that he knows a lot and he was willing to share this but not in an arrogant manner. He was humble and servant-like even if at times we were impatient. He always sought to park the jeep in a way that gives us the best view. – we were four senior citizens in his jeep. We had many complaints about the bumpiness of the ride, the dust, the long distances, but Elly was so patient! 🙂 And he was good in warning us of the looooong rides.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Access 2 Tanzania. We found them responsive, detail oriented, and extremely patient. Despite numerous changes to our itinerary, including a month delay, they handled all of it with no problems. Whenever we needed to talk to them they were available for a phone conference and both my husband and I felt totally confident with their planning and arrangements.”
