David was a perfect match for us as regards our/his personality. We like to joke around, tell stories, ask a lot of questions, adapt to circumstances on the ground, etc. That describes David. He is very personable which I think is important when you spend 10 – 11 days in the car with the person. He is really “into” birds, which was a total surprise to us and enhanced our visit. Of course we’d like to see, photograph and learn about the Big 5, etc., but adding birds to the itinerary was a big plus, as well as helps fill in the “dead time”. We connected so well with David that we invited him to join us for dinner the last several days, which was a nice plus.
“As we visited three parks in the southern/western part of Tanzania (Selous,Ruaha and Katavi) our trip was not under direct control of A2T. However, all worked out perfectly and A2T did a great job in making the arrangements. Fully realize that making arrangements in a country like Tanzania without direct control over these arrangements is not easy but you all did a great job”
