10 stars! Elly was sensational from the moment he picked us up at the airport to the moment he dropped us off. Every second, I felt that he was thinking about our well-being and enjoyment and always seeking to optimize the experience for us. His customer service was top notch. His extraordinary knowledge of all of the wildlife we saw (animals, birds) and the plants and trees – really made the trip that much more special.
