Every second, I felt that he was thinking about our well-being and enjoyment and always seeking to optimize the experience for us. His customer service was top notch. His extraordinary knowledge of all of the wildlife we saw (animals, birds) and the plants and trees – really made the trip that much more special. His keen eye and ability to spot creatures without even binoculars was unbelievable! We felt safe with Elly, we felt respected, we felt heard and understood.
