Casey even went the extra mile to help us rebook a connecting flight as Kenya Airlines cancelled our connection from Nairobi on the way to TZ. We were stuck at the Nairobi airport, he was able to call and help get us rebooked on a different flight. Also our Access 2 Tanzania guides Noel and Joachim took care of everything we needed.
