He answered our questions, assisted us with visas, and advised us about details of a safari adventure. The most important element in making our safari incredible, however, was our guide, Noel. He was very patient with all of our questions, knowledgeable about the animals and plants, open to explaining his culture, careful and respectful in his driving habits, friendly, and funny.”
