Fulgence was so fun and informative. We had the best time with him and look forward to our next trip. He has his whole heart in the game and was willing to do whatever we were up for. Very long, active days with no complaints. He is such a valuable resource and as I have said… a great Ambassador for Tanzania and A2T! He is part of our extended family now.

Fulgence was amazing. He greeted us every morning with a bug smile on his face. He went out of his way to make us happy, and I think we all had a fantastic trip – in part because we had such a fantastic guide. He was fun to be around, always joked around with us and had a great sense of humour. He was a great spotter – saw animals that we would have driven straight past. He had great knowledge and he has great enthusiasm for what he does. He seems to genuinely love what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. If I went on safari again, I would have no hesitation choosing Fulgence.

Great! Loved him. Fulgence was so nice and friendly, and not overbearing – knew when we were flagging and needed a break, and showed us all the things we really wanted to see it.

Fulgence was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk with, funny, kind, helpful, dependable, a great driver, and flexible. Fulgence had a keen eye for spotting the animals! He was enthusiastic and a fun travel partner. He was especially good with bonding with my teen age daughter. She is usually quite reserved and he did great job bringing her out of her shell. I am so glad that Fulgence was our guide.

Fulgence, our guide, was outstanding! One family member is a serious photographer and Fulgence was amazing at finding wildlife, predicting their behavior and positioning the car for the best photographs. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he was great fun to be around. He even gave our boys nicknames, which added to the experience.

Fulgence (aka Furu) did a fantastic job- we enjoyed having him as our guide very much. He was professional, great at spotting game, fun personality and ability to be gracious with our group of five ranging from 18-64 years old. Would request him again.

Fulgence was absolutely phenomenal. We can’t say enough great things about him, our experience with him, and how he took care of us. His level of knowledge and expertise on even the smallest detail continued to amaze us. If he said this animal would do something, it would. He was eager to hear what we were looking for in the safari and did an amazing job of meeting our needs. We also loved his philosophy of driving and guiding. For instance, in the Serengeti, we found the Wildebeest Migration in the middle of nowhere which was amazing in itself, but from sunrise until 11am that day we didn’t encounter another vehicle. It was great to be away from the crowds and to see Fulgence rely on his knowledge, rather than the radio, to know where to go. He had a wonderful sense of humor and would easily put us to ease. He was extremely helpful and appealing to any requests we had, but he was also helpful to others we encountered. We are so grateful to Fulgence, our guide for the two weeks we were on safari. He was quite informed on the history of Tanzania and the cultures of the many tribes of the country; his thorough knowledge of the flora and fauna of each of the regions we visited, his keen insights into the habitats and movements of the animals, and his incomparable sense of delightful humor and patience in dealing with us as guests in his country, not only made each day such a pleasure to look forward to, but also wonderful evenings to talk about all that we had seen and learned.   We cannot imagine what our safari might have been like without Fulgence’s daily presence and guidance.

Fulgence was nothing short of fantastic! He made sure we felt comfortable and safe right from the beginning. He went above and beyond the call of duty. His tracking skills were amazing, pointing out hard-to-spot animals and his knowledge of wildlife and Tanzanian culture was outstanding!
