Noel was amazing! He was so kind and thoughtful in the way he tried to make sure we were getting everything we wanted out of the trip. He was active on the radio to find animals that certain people in our family wanted to see, helped us stop to get some local roadside food in one of the towns we were driving through, and was always flexible with us on timing/scheduling for each day, including noticing and adapting to our energy levels. It was very impressive how he could spot / identify animals from such a distance, as well as speak knowledgeably about their behaviors and characteristics. It was great to see him light up when talking about his family, hear him open up more about things in Tanzania beyond the scope of just our safari, and ask us questions about our own lives and life back in the US. My (our) experience in Tanzania would not have been the same without Noel!!

Noel is a knowledgeable, caring soul who related well with all the personalities in our families. He knew what he was doing at all times. I must commend him for handling the very challenging driving conditions/roads throughout the trip. He showed great concern and empathy when one member of our group had a bad health day. A video we have of him dancing with our youngest son (who is 32) in the middle of the Serengeti and finding music on the radio that our son wanted showed Noel’s ability to relate to different people. He communicated well with us about what we wanted, made great suggestions and interacted effectively with other guides to get us to what we wanted relatively quickly. He always had a positive and empathetic attitude.

Noel is an incredible professional and a wonderful human being. He was always on time, listened to our concerns or questions and then addressed any actions that needed to happen. He shared his experiences and made sure we had a fabulous time. When I go back to Tanzania, it will be Noel I request.

Noel is one of the kindest human beings I ever met. We loved and respected him very much. I cannot imagine a better guide. He was very patience, well informed, passionate about his work. He know exactly how to make our wildlife viewing an exceptional experience. He had a nice sense of humor and overall a joy to be with. When our 4×4 broke down he made an extraordinary effort to get us to the lodge safely and we had another vehicle by the next morning. That was impressive. It was so hard to say goodbye.

Noel is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable about the wildlife and very friendly. We had a blast with him. He heard about a leopard being down the hill from the lodge and found us after lunch to see if we wanted to go try to find it. We were so excited because we had yet to see one so of course we said yes. Just thinking that would interest us made us happy and we were able to see the leopard. We saw all The Big 5. We were strangers when we met and friends when we left, we enjoyed learning about his life and family.

Noel was amazing. He made sure we got to see all the animals and visit as many places as possible.

Thank you to Noel, who was our guide. He is an incredible kind and kind person. We managed to see all the animals we wanted because of his patience. He works passionately and loves his job. We really appreciated the feedback on the animals we observed.

NOEL DID A GREAT JOB. Guides have to navigate the personalities of the guest while answering every sort of question and road while assuring the guest sees everything. Noel succeeded in all areas. We knew he could not be expert in all fields, but he was close and still not afraid to go to his reference material when needed.

Noel was overall excellent- listened to our concerns and acted on them. Focused well on our time on game drive. Knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. Concerned for our well being and safety. Impressed with his concern for the park’s well being. Good sense of humor, learned how to read our group.
