Wilfred was knowledgable, experienced, friendly, and willing to accommodate all of our needs and interests. When he needed us to do things his way, it was in our best interest and he was diplomatic in guiding us to see this. There was nothing he would not do to make sure our experience was outstanding. His driving ability and knowledge of the Serengeti was superb.
